A 21-day program designed for those who are ready to take the next step to boost their energy and vibrance, regain control of their routine and join a community where you can feel nurtured and cared for on your wellness journey…

This program is ideal for anyone who:

  • is burnt out being everything for everyone else but yourself and needs some self-care

  • needs assistance or accountability with building a routine and implementing healthier habits; or

  • is recovering from an injury or health condition and requires a more tailored approach

Reformer Pilates Classes: 9 reformer pilates classes (3 per week) in our beautiful, non-judgmental studio in the Guildford village

Clinical Psychologist Group Session: initial small group session with our Principal Clinical Psychologist and Senior Pilates Instructor to introduce you to the studio and troubleshoot the barriers that make sustainable progress difficult for you

Wellness Journal: custom Manna Wellness journal to set your intentions and track your progress

Pilates Socks: pair of warm pilates grip socks to start you on your journey (and keep your feet toasty this Winter!)

Beautiful Location: set in the heart of the Guildford village surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants and bars it is the perfect place to grab a post workout coffee or weekend brunch

Convenient Timetable: with over 48 classes to choose from, 7 days a week starting as early as 5.30am and as late as 7.30pm (visit our class timetable here).

The cost of the program is $220. This includes the initial introduction session + 9 x reformer classes + wellness journal + pilates socks.

PROGRAM START DATES

You will attend an initial orientation/induction on your preferred program start date where our Senior Pilates Instructor, Molly, will introduce you to the studio and make you feel welcome and comfortable with the studio reformer equipment. This induction will be an intimate setting with no more than 10 individuals (2 x groups of 5) in the session.

You will also have a chance to discuss your intentions for the program and any health and wellbeing goals you may have with Molly as well as our Senior Clinical Psychologist, Greg, at this initial session. Creating healthy habits and the barriers that are specific to you establishing a consistent routine can also be discussed and addressed. You will of course also receive your Wellness Journal and pilates grip socks at this session, so you will be all set to start your reformer classes!

After your initial induction, you are more than welcome to book into whichever classes over the next 21 days that suit you and fit the most seamlessly into your schedule. Molly can assist you with booking these classes if you require during the induction session.

We are excited to bring you this tailored, bespoke reset program and look forward to watching you grow in strength, confidence and vibrance over the 21 days!

NUMBER OF CLASSES PER WEEK

We encourage clients to attend 3 reformer sessions per week for the 21 day program. However, we completely understand that sometimes that is not possible between work schedules, FIFO rosters and kids! In that case, you are most welcome to book into just 2 classes per week. You may also just prefer a more gentler approach in which case 2 sessions is completely fine! However, any less than 2 classes per week and you will not receive the full benefit of the program.

If you are new to Pilates then this is for you! You do not require any previous pilates or reformer pilates experience to attend our classes. We pride ourselves on maintaining an intimate environment where our highly experienced team of instructors can tailor and adapt all classes to suit all levels.

If you are injured or pregnant, then this is also for you and is an ideal introduction for you into the world of reformer pilates! Please discuss this with Molly on your first session and she will be sure to inform our highly experienced instructors who will adapt sessions to suit your needs. NEW TO PILATES? INJURED? PREGNANT?

WHAT TO WEAR?

Comfortable exercise clothing is suitable for the induction session and all classes. Of course you may bring a drink bottle to your classes to ensure you stay fully hydrated!

CAN I DO THE RESET PROGRAM MORE THAN ONCE?

What if I can’t attend the initial induction?

Please note that the 21-Day Reset program is designed as a one-time offering to kickstart your wellness journey. This ensures each participant gains the full benefits of this transformative experience. We encourage you to explore our other programs and services to continue building on your progress after completing the Reset.

If you’re unable to attend the Reset Induction date, please contact us, as we can arrange for you to complete the program without attending the induction.
