SIGNATURE REFORMER PILATES
Experience the grace and strength of Reformer Pilates in our intimate, small group setting. Our classes gently guide you to improved alignment, posture, and flexibility, while focusing on building strength and nurturing a deep mind-body connection. Each session is a journey towards balance, leaving you feeling centered, strong, and renewed.
STRETCH & FLEX
Our stretch & flex classes are designed as a gentle Pilates workout that aims to stretch and restore your body. These classes focus on movements that help stretch your muscles and release any tension you may be feeling. During these classes, your instructor will lead you through exercises to work on your strength and control throughout your body. These classes may also involve the use of other equipment, such as trigger balls, to engage and release any tension in your muscles.
SCULPT & SWEAT
Sculpt and Sweat is a low-impact, high-energy Reformer Pilates class that blends dynamic cardio movements with controlled strength training. This workout is designed to elevate your heart rate while being easy on the joints, focusing on toning and sculpting muscles. You’ll leave feeling strong and energised, knowing you’ve worked every muscle.
REFORM & RELEASE
Our Reform & Release class is the perfect combination of our signature Reformer Pilates class, tension release and restorative stretches. Start with a dynamic, high-energy Reformer session focusing on strength, balance, and flexibility. Transition into a slower-paced trigger point release using massage balls, followed by deep, restorative stretches.
JUMPBOARD
Discover a new energy with our Jumpboard Pilates class. While still rooted in the principles of Reformer Pilates—strength, alignment, and flexibility—this class brings a dynamic twist. The Jumpboard adds an extra boost to your workout, offering a slightly more invigorating experience that leaves you feeling energized, uplifted, and strong.
MUMS & BUBS
Desperate for some light exercise pre or postpartum but don’t have care for your little one? We’ve got you covered! Bring bub along to our Manna Mums & Bub pilates classes every Wednesday and Friday morning. Whether they’d like some tummy time on our floor mats or want to join in on the exercises, there’s something to suit every Mum and Bub!
What’s even better, for those who can hang around after class, there’s coffee or tea at Padbury’s every Friday - our treat! The perfect opportunity to wind down after a class and enjoy some time with some other lovely Mums.
FIZZ & FLOW
Join us for our Fizz & Flow series, happening once a month on a Friday! Experience a lively 45-minute Reformer jumpboard class that gets your heart pumping, followed by a chance to relax with drinks and socializing. Each session features a unique theme and drink—like ‘Pilates and Prosecco’—promoting a sense of community and connection. It’s the perfect way to celebrate your hard work and enjoy a fun evening with like-minded people!
