At Manna Wellness, our nutrition consultations provide personalised, evidence-based nutrition education and practical guidance to help you develop healthier, sustainable eating habits and work towards your health and wellbeing goals.
Our consultations are focused on general nutrition, healthy eating and lifestyle behaviours, rather than the dietary management of diagnosed medical conditions.
Our consultative areas of focus include:

Sports Nutrition for Active Individuals: Supporting energy, performance, recovery and muscle gain.
Longevity: Developing sustainable nutrition habits to support long-term health and reduce risk factors for chronic disease.
Digestive Health: General nutrition guidance to support digestion and gut health.
Meal Planning: Individualised nutrition advice, meal ideas and customised meal plans to support your goals.
Our Nutritionist is currently studying to become a Dietitian and will be able to offer dietetic services once her qualification and accreditation requirements are complete. Read more about the difference between a Nutritionist and Dietitian here.
