With all the conflicting advice out there, Manna Wellness provides evidence-based dietary guidance as well as simple meal plans that take the worry and stress out of what to eat. We currently provide the following nutrition services at our Darlington clinic:

General Nutrition & Dietary Behavior Change: Practical and sustainable strategies to develop healthier eating habits.

Healthy Ageing: Supporting longevity and improving key health markers for optimal ageing.
Sports Nutrition: Optimizing performance, recovery, and overall health for athletes or active individuals.
Gut & Skin Health: Targeted nutritional strategies to enhance digestive health and support skin vitality.
Meal Plans: Our meal plans provide a practical foundation for improving your nutrition, providing carefully curated meals that provide the right balance of macronutrients to support your energy levels and overall health. Plans are customized to your age, weight, height, dietary preferences, and any food intolerances or allergies, ensuring that your meals suit your body’s specific needs.

We do not currently provide medical nutrition therapy for the following conditions:
Diabetes
Eating disorders
Cardiovascular disease
Kidney disease
Anaemia
Endometriosis or PCOS
Cancer
Pregnancy nutrition
Amenorrhoea
If you experience one or more of the above conditions, our Nutritionist may still be able to assist with general nutrition advice in other areas of your health. However, clearance from your GP or specialist will be required.
FEES & REBATES

Initial Nutrition Consultation (60 minutes) = $125
Follow-up Nutrition Consultation (45 minutes) = $95

Nutritionists are not eligible for healthcare provider numbers, so while our Nutritionist is a fully accredited professional, their appointments are not currently covered by Medicare or private health insurance rebates.
To ensure our nutrition services remain accessible, we have set pricing to be more affordable than that of nutrition professionals who offer rebates.

We require at least 24 hours notice for any rescheduled appointment or cancellations, otherwise, the following fees apply:
Cancellation (within 24 hours prior to appointment) — 50% of fee
Non-Attendance — Full fee charged.

A referral is not required to book a Clinical Nutrition consultation. All new clients are required to complete a Medical Health Screening form (insert link) prior to attending their initial consultation. This is to ensure our Clinical Nutritionist can work with you within their scope of practice, and to allow time for clearance from your GP if required.
