Join us for a delightful evening of food, wine, reformer and giveaways to celebrate our first birthday!
Starting with themed fusion reformer classes with the Marvelous Molly and Sensational Sammy at: 4.30pm and 5.30pm. But if you don’t get a spot in the classes, don’t worry! Join us afterwards at 6.00pm for some delicious nibbles and sparkling drinks as a token of our gratitude and appreciation for our wonderful Manna community.
Our afternoon classes are now live on the schedule and are on a first-come, first-served basis so be quick!

FINDING YOUR CORE & PELVIC FLOOR

Our very talented Senior Physiotherapist, Lauren, and Senior Pilates Instructor, Molly, have teamed up to bring you a pelvic health workshop not to be missed!
Pelvic health concerns are one of the most common client complaints we hear in our studio and clinic. But we know that pelvic floor muscles can be difficult to identify, with up to 40% of people performing pelvic floor exercises incorrectly. So we have put together a workshop to ensure our clients don’t suffer in silence any longer and can obtain important skills and knowledge to support their core and pelvic floor in the long run.
Whether you are experiencing bladder/bowel problems, pelvic floor weakness following childbirth, pain with sexual intercourse, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, or any other pelvic floor complications, we are here to help! When individuals are educated about their diagnosis and given a treatment plan, the results can be lifechanging!
Join us for our Finding Your Core and Pelvic Floor workshop followed by lunch next door at the lovely Padbury’s (lunch included).
MUMS & BUBS

Desperate for some light exercise pre or postpartum but don’t have care for your little one? We’ve got you covered! Bring along bub along to our mums & bub classes, whether they’d like some tummy time on our floor mats or want to join in on the exercises, there’s something to suit every Mum n Bub!
What’s even better, for those who can hang around after class, there’s coffee or tea at Padbury’s on us! The perfect opportunity to wind down after a class and enjoy some time with some other lovely Mums

A 21-day program designed for those who are ready to take the next step to boost their energy and vibrance, regain control of their routine and join a community where you can feel nurtured and cared for on your wellness journey.
Ideal for anyone who is craving more energy throughout the day, lacking confidence for the gym and unsure where to start, burnt out being everything for everyone else but yourself and needs some self-care or who needs assistance or accountability with building a routine and implementing healthier habits.
